This quaint and friendly restaurant, owned and run by a family, is a diamond in the rough. The staff is friendly, attentive and outgoing. The menu has a wide selection. The food is tasty and the portions are very generous. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. This was a very nice surprise for us. We stayed in the area seven nights and ate at Villa Toscana three times, going down to central London for the balance.

This place was located about 4 blocks from my hotel so I decided to give it a try. It's is a small but a classically unique place. A lot of charm that you can only get from a small family owned business.
Lets start with the good. I got a chicken dish that comes with a side of pasta and a salad. I decided on a red sauce. It was pretty good but had to many half tomato's in it for my liking. This is totally a personal preference. Its good.... just a little off for me. The chicken was tender and prepared perfectly.
I have a few complaints but I think they might be directly related to my culture (being an American in London). Both my water and soda were served warm. When I asked for ice I was kind of looked at weirdly. I was then only given a few ice cubes that melted fairly quick. I just left it at that and drank warm water.
Over all, excellent and worth a try. -

Really nice, small & cozy restaurant with candle light and inside topical Italian.
Good choices on the menu, and very big portions with a excellent taste! So a big eater must be definitely here, and rich with products.
Very friendly people and I really enjoyed my visiting there :) -
